Delete your account and all your data
Your face is analysed on your device and only the resulting scores ever leave it, never your photos. If you want everything gone anyway, you can ask us here. We verify the request by email, then permanently erase your BHI account and every record tied to your email address.
What gets deleted
- Your BHI app account and profile.
- Your scores, history and any results stored under your account.
- Your email address, waitlist entry and newsletter subscription.
Deletion completes within 30 days. We may keep a minimal record of the request itself where the law requires us to show that it was handled. If you prefer, you can also write to info@beautyhealthindex.com.
