Your data, your call
Delete your account and all your data
Your facial scan data is used only to generate your BHI Score, stored securely for up to 60 days, and never sold or used for advertising. If you want everything gone anyway, you can ask us here. We verify the request by email, then permanently erase your BHI account and every record tied to your email address.
What gets deleted
- Your BHI app account and profile.
- Your scores, history and any results stored under your account.
- Your email address and newsletter subscription.
Deletion completes within 30 days. We may keep a minimal record of the request itself where the law requires us to show that it was handled. If you prefer, you can also write to info@beautyhealthindex.com.
